 Damien, Store Manager
Damo is an obsessive and compulsive cleaner, who feels it’s his duty to spit and polish your shoes on entry to the store. With extensive years in the trade and being a big spender on new technology, he likes nothing more than help lighten your pockets whilst plying you with his wisdom. On his days off Damo loves to skip through fields of cotton with his wife while singing “Run to the Hills” by Iron Maiden.
 Alan, Deputy Manager
Hi-fi purist, and vinyl nut. A regular acting manager when Ian and Rob are skiving. His years of experience ensure a vast knowledge of the hi-fi and home cinema field, and he's the sole crusader for 1980s thrash metal, and he even looks like one of the Finnish Eurovision Winners of 2006. Hard Rock Hallelujah!

Chirpy Essex boy Rob is in his fifth year with Richer Sounds. An Eighties TV and movie fan, you can often find him quoting his favorite films to anyone who will listen. (Usually Andy). An audio visual all-rounder, and vinyl collector, he welcomes everyone with a cheery smile, a knowing wink and an impromptu Alan Partridge impression. AH-HA!

Our most experienced colleague with ten years under his belt. Gadget boy Simon is always first on hand with a multi-tool for all occasions. He has an exhaustive knowledge of all things audio visual especially if it involves light sabres and wookie rage.

Andy is the Scottish member of our team and yet the wisest. He'll be glad to offer you a hand with picking the right purchase. Although Hadrian’s Wall couldn't stop him from escaping, there's nothing more pleasing than his tearful Scottish folk ballads (of which "Flower of Scotland" is our personal favourite) and his dance of the Gay Gordon’s.

Taller than the towering inferno Ben is the newest addition to our team and the least vertically challenged too. Pop in to see him waving over everybody’s heads to greet you. A keen guitarist and musician there’s not much he doesn’t know about 70’s rock/metal such as Led Zeppelin, Lynard Skynard, Black Sabbath and of course the greatest stadium rock band, R.E.O Speedwagon.

Enthusiastic and lively Carl is a relative new addition to our team but what he has picked up in his time so far will put many a buff to shame. Always willing to help he can advise on all aspects of home cinema and hi-fi and is a fountain of knowledge on all forms of computer based music and the like.
