After 2 world travels Kev's feet are now firmly on the ground. With many years of retail experience and outstanding customer service, Kev will be sure that your every need is reached. From hi-fi to flat screen TV, he will hopefully have you leaving Richer Sounds, Tunbridge Wells with a huge smile on your face.
 Andy, Deputy Manager
Andy brings with him a wealth of customer service attributes, having managed pubs, clubs and restaurants for over 15 years. He's getting on a bit now and is hoping that working days will be easier on his skin and sanity! (Little does he know how busy we are!) He has a good knowledge of hi-fi and sound equipment but is keen to extend his flat panel and AV knowledge with us. So, if the answers are available, Andy will certainly find them for you!
 Antony, Junior Sales Assistant
Antony has come to Richer Sounds after serving more than 25 years in the mental health industry and now works for us part time as he really loves his hi-fi. So if help is what you need he really can in more ways than one. He is a very happy chap and always has a smile, he's still learning but his knowledge is growing fast day by day.
 Danny, Trainee Sales Assistant
After travelling the globe for a year Danny has returned to the UK and now has retail experience in different countries. His passion is DJing and when at home pretends to be Judge Jewels in his garage spinning them wheels. He is now coming up to 1 year of service and always happy to be of assistance.
 Tom, Trainee Sales Assistant
With extensive customer service experience, Tom is very keen to learn more about the world of hi-fi and home cinema. He love his guitars and his music and can often be heard singing along to the music in store.
 Pat, Trainee Sales Assistant
After travelling Asia and working in bars through out London, Pat has moved to lovely Tunbridge Wells and was lucky to join the Richer Sounds team. He is the youngest member of our team and always has a cheeky little grin on his face. When not working you may see Pat on his BMX or taking photos, so if you see a a grinning BMX rider with a camera in his hands that's yer man.
 Paul, Trainee Sales Assistant
From the building sites in Eastbourne to the glory of Richer Sounds in Tunbridge Wells, Paul has come here for a fresh start in a new career. Eager to learn Paul will be one of the colleagues here with a What Hi-Fi magazine or Hi-Fi choice in his hands swotting up on all knowledge needed. So why not pop in and try him out. Go easy on him though he is new after all.

On the weekends and bank holidays you might be fortunate enough to meet Andrea our smiley greeter. Whether you're coming in out of the cold, popping in for a chat or a coffee, or even making a purchase Andrea will make sure your made to feel welcome.
